Greater Cochin Development Authority’s land pooling bid hits legal hurdle

Shortly after 2026 Assembly elections were notified, Advocate General issued a legal opinion advising that GCDA proceed with land pooling only after issuing a notification bringing two panchayats — Kunnathunadu and Kizhakkambalam – under its ambit.
